PRICING & QUOTES
All quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days. The balance must be paid in full before any custom design work commences, unless prior arrangement is made with us.
We reserve the right make any alterations to our prices as a result of a pricing error on our website or any marketing literature. VAT is included in all of our prices.
CUSTOMISATION & PROOFING
Design cannot begin until you have supplied your unique details for customisation. You must supply the content for your stationery and are responsible for ensuring all the details, spelling and grammar are correct. However, we have lots of information on invitation wording and etiquette and are always happy to help with wording if needed.
Certain graphics or watercolour elements cannot be altered. However, we are happy to customise colours where possible to fit with your colour scheme. You must be aware that colours can vary between computer screens when viewing digital proofs. We do not hold responsibility for custom colours which you deem to be different in print to the digital proofs approved by you.
Three digital proofs are included as part of the agreed price and will be sent to you via email as a PDF. You will have the opportunity to make changes to the design after each proof is received. Any additional proofs needed, after the first three, are charged at €10 each.
Once the final proof has been signed off and the artwork has been sent to print no further amendments can be made. You are fully responsible for ensuring the text and design are completely correct before approving your final proof. Please proof carefully!
If mistakes are discovered after final proof approval, we are not responsible for the cost of any reprinting.
Please be aware that colours can vary between computer screens when viewing digital proofs. We do not hold responsibility for colours which you deem to be different in print to their digital proofs.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by your failure to check and sign off proofs or supply details within a reasonable time frame.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you would like to request a cancellation after your order has shipped we would ask you to return the product/products to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items we will contact you and issue you with a refund. The delivery charges will not be refunded. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by you, the customer.
If you would like to cancel your order before you have supplied your details for customisation, and/or before any design work has commenced, you will be offered a full refund.
If you would like to request a cancellation once you have supplied your details, and/or design work has commenced (prior to final proof approval/printing stage), you will be refunded 50% of the order total. We must be paid for any work that is either in progress or completed.
We are unable to process order cancellations or refund orders once the final proof have been approved.
We do not accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If mistakes are discovered after final printers proof approval, we will charge for any reprinting.
If you have changed your mind about your order or no longer need it you can return it to us for a refund we would ask you to return the product/products to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, in these conditions, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. The delivery charges will not be refunded. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by you, the customer.
If your order is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we can discuss options to rectify the situation. Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt.
We only offer refunds and reprinting if goods are faulty or damaged or there are errors made on our part.
If your order is damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask you to provide us with a description of the damage or fault and/or photograph of the damaged goods so that we can determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund or reprint.
If you choose to receive a refund you will be refunded in full including any shipping costs you may have paid.
If you decide you would like the product reprinted we will do so as quickly as we can and will send them out, at no charge, as fast and efficiently as possible.
We do not offer both a refund and a reprint.
We will not cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping orders due to any errors you have approved, nor will a refund be issued.
Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Minor differences in texture or colour can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.
We accept no responsibility for the effect of ageing and wear & tear on the materials used.
TIMEFRAMES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We always give an estimated turnaround time for your stationery but this will always be an estimate. Whilst we do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed. We will always keep you informed if there are any issues.
